Oh, how I have longed to be free

I have always wanted to be anything but me

I have taken myself and thrown me away

Only to find that I wish I had stayed

I long to have the old me back

but I am lost and have gone off track

there is no back tracking or any way to return

My only option is to grow, to develop, and to learn
